We completed a project in East Dulwich that beautifully combines functionality with elegance, catering to our client's desire for simplicity and accessibility.

- Flooring: We replaced the original flooring with stylish floorboards throughout the ground floor, adding a touch of modern elegance.
- Staircase Redesign: The staircase was reimagined to accommodate an under-stairs toilet, optimising space and convenience.
- Loft Conversion: The loft was transformed into a luxurious master bedroom featuring an ensuite with a walk-in shower and a luxury bath, perfect for relaxation.
- Unique Features: The side wall's exposed brick was treated against moisture, offering a distinctive appearance and adding character to the space.
- Energy Efficiency: We added external insulation and applied silicone render, significantly improving the building's energy rating.
